How do I license my dog?

The licensing period is July 1 - June 30 each year. A proof of rabies certificate must be presented and proof of neuter or spay must be shown. The cost of licensing is:

  • Female / Male - $15
  • Spay / Neuter - $10
  • Senior rate (over 70) is free

A late fee of $25 is imposed on any license issued after August 31. A rabies clinic is held every year, call the Board of Health for date at 781-618-9755.
