NEW BUSINESS:
· Act on the Disclosure of Financial Interest by Municipal Employee, Certification By Head of Contracting Agency and Approval as required by G.L. Chapter 268A, Section 20(b) for Theresa Jean Altieri.
· Act on the recommendation of the Conservation Commission to appoint Gwendolyn Tindall to the position of Member of the Conservation Commission for a three year term through June 30, 2013 in order to fill an existing vacancy.
· Act on the request of Kevin J. Dalton to be reappointed to the position of Constable for a three-year term, through August 27, 2013.
· Act on the recommendation of the Recreation Commission to appoint Elizabeth Goldrosen to the position of Non-Voting Associate member for a three-year term through June 30, 2013 in order to fill an existing vacancy.
· Take action to appoint two (2) full-time police officers, effective October, 2010, from the Reserve Intermittent list.
· Call for Civil Service eligible list to appoint three (3) reserve police officers.
· Act on the Eagle Project proposal of Nicholas Anderson.
· Take action to rescind the Junk Dealer’s License for South Shore Restaurant Equipment (Marc Abraham and Stuart DeWilde) on the premises located at 365 South Avenue (licensees have abandoned the site).
· Take action to support the submission of an application by the Old Colony Planning Council for the creation of the Eight Town Economic Target Area, under M.G.L., Chapter 23, Section 3D, Economic Target Areas.
· Discuss proposal to authorize sale of watercolors of Town landmarks for fundraising purposes.
· Discuss location of First Baptist Bell.
· Set September meeting schedule.

· Joint meeting with the Department of Public Works Commissioners.
EXECUTIVE SESSION in accordance with the M.G.L., Chapter 30A, Section 21a, (3)
to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and litigation, and to discuss
strategy/negotiate with non-union personnel.
